Potential Causes:
- Your mobile device is paired to another camera
- The camera is paired to another mobile device
Steps to Resolve:
- Open the Axon View app and click the lowercase “i” in the top right. Click “Forget Current Camera”. Attempt the pairing process again.
- Turn off the camera and take it to another room or area without any nearby mobile devices. Turn the camera back on and attempt the pairing process again.
