Potential Causes:
- Not connected to a cellular network or WiFi network
- Incorrect agency sub-domain entered
Steps to Resolve:
- Ensure that your mobile device is connected to a cellular network or a WiFi network with an internet connection
- The WiFi network of the camera does not have an internet connection, you must connect to another WiFi network with an internet connection if you can't use a cellular network
Once connected to a WiFi or cellular network, go to a video as if you were going to tag it with metadata, click on the category section and pull down on the category list. This will refresh the list.
- If you entered in the wrong agency sub-domain you will need to enter in the correct sub-domain and refresh the categories
