The computer connected to the Axon Dock is unable to connect to the status page after entering in 10.10.1.1 in the URL of a browser.
- The Axon Dock has power
- The computer is connected to the LAN port, not the WAN port of the Axon Dock
- WiFi is disabled or turned off on the computer
- The computer is not set to a Static IP
Note: If the computer is set to a Static IP the computer will have to temporarily be set to DHCP in order to reach the status page of the Axon Dock.
