- Plug your TCAM HD into a wall charger with the TCAM HD sync cable
If you do not see a blinking light on TCAM HD try another TCAM HD sync cable and/or wall wart. If there is still no blinking light indicating the device is charging, it should be sent to Axon for inspection.
- The TCAM HD needs to be over a 30% charge in order to update the firmware. Once the device has been charged to over 30% the device can receive the most up to date firmware by connecting the TCAM HD to Evidence Sync via the TCAM HD sync cable.
