If after enabling the Axon Signal setting your camera still does not record, you will need to check your Signal Configuration.
Note: The settings for camera triggers are defaulted to all on. If you do not configure any inputs to be specifically off or on, any input to Axon Signal Vehicle will signal the camera.
If you already have a configuration setup in your Evidence.com account, ensure that the trigger you are using to test the camera is enabled.
To check the Signal Configuration for your agency:
- Sign in to your Evidence.com account. On the menu bar, click Admin and then, under Devices and Applications, click Signal Configuration.
- In the Specify Camera Activations section, verify that the triggers you want to use are marked as event triggers.
- If a trigger you want to use is not marked as an event trigger, click the Edit (blue pencil) icon on the right side. Toggle the switches to enable or disable as needed.
- Click Save and Continue.
You have now configured Axon Signal Vehicle to work with your agency's Axon Body 3, Axon Body 2, and Axon Flex 2 cameras. The next time the Axon camera is connected to either an Axon Dock, Axon View XL in Standalone Mode (Axon Body 3), or Evidence Sync (Axon Body 2 and Axon Flex 2) it will update to this new setting.
