Note: The X2 will only show two LASERs when a cartridge is in one of the 2 bays. If there is no cartridge in the device bay(s) only one LASER will be illuminated.
If there is a cartridge in one of the bays of the X2:
- Clean the cartridge contacts and contacts inside the cartridge bay using a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol. Ensure that all components are completely dry before any further testing.
- Try another cartridge.
If the second LASER is still not illuminated after the above steps the device may need to be sent to Axon for inspection.
