To download Evidence Sync from your Evidence.com account, you must have the download permission enabled for your Role in Evidence.com.
If you have followed the steps below and did not see the Download Sync option shown in step 3, you do not have the permissions to download Evidence Sync. Please contact your Evidence.com administrator or IT administrator to request permission.
- Sign in to Evidence.com from your agency’s Evidence.com page.
- Click Help in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Click Download Sync. The application file download automatically starts.
- When the download is complete, run the installation file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- To run Evidence sync, double-click the desktop icon.
