If a video on your Axon camera will not upload try the below steps:
- If using an Axon Dock, try another bay on that dock or another dock registered to your agency.
- If using Evidence Sync, try another USB Sync cable.
- If using Evidence Sync, try using another computer with Sync installed.
If neither of these options enable you to upload/download the video the device may need to be sent to RMA for inspection.
