When attempting to login to Evidence Sync you are prompted with a No records found, Host not found, or SSL handshake error in red below the agency field.
Ensure that you are using the correct Evidence.com sub-domain for your agency.
The sub-domain for your agency will be the first part of your Evidence.com account URL. For example, if your account was taserpdaz.evidence.com, you would only enter in "taserpdaz". Do not enter in ".Evidence.com" or any other characters/spaces.
- if you do not know your agency Evidence.com URL go to Evidence.com and type in your email address in the Find my agency field.
- Click on the blue hyperlink and you will be taken to the login page for your account. The URL shown in the address bar of your browser is your agency Evidence.com URL.
