Axon Device Manager (ADM) is an application (or app) for Android and iOS devices that allows you to easily and efficiently register, assign, and reassign Axon devices.
Device Requirements
- For the iOS version; you must have an iPhone 7 or later equipped with Near Field Communication (NFC) and iOS11 or later to use Axon Device Manager.
- For the Android version; your Android device must have Near Field Communication (NFC) and Android 7 or later to use Axon Device Manager.
To determine if your Android device has NFC, go to the settings app and tap More. You should see a row titled NFC. Ensure this is enabled. If you do not see NFC, check the specifications for your Android device to ensure that NFC is on your phone.
Installing Axon Device Manager for Android
Axon Device Manager for Android is available as a download in the Google Play Store.
- On the home screen of the Android device, tap the applications icon. This icon is typically located in the lower right corner of the home screen.
- Swipe right or left until you find the Play Store icon.
- Tap Play Store.
- Tap the search box, type Axon Device Manager and tap Enter.
- In the list of search results, tap Axon Device Manager.
- Tap Install.
- Tap Accept.

Axon Device Manager opens. - Log in using your Axon Evidence.com or Axon Commander credentials.
If you are unable to log in to ADM, check with your Axon administrator to ensure you have the required permissions.
Installing Axon Device Manager for iOS
Axon Device Manager for iOS is available as a download in the App Store.
- On the iOS device, open the App Store application.
- Tap the search box, type Axon Device Manager, and then tap Search.
- In the list of search results, tap Axon Device Manager.
- Tap Get and then tap Install.
- Tap Accept.

Axon Device Manager opens. - Log in using your Axon Evidence.com credentials.
If you are unable to log in to ADM, check with your Axon Evidence.com administrator to ensure you have the required permissions.
