Note: Axon Technical Support can only reset the password/security questions of customers in the default Admin role. If you are assigned any other role besides the default Admin role, such as a User, you must contact your agency Evidence.com administrator to reset your password/security questions.
If your agency uses Single Sign On (SSO) contact your agency IT department to reset your login credentials.
Forgot Username/Password?
- If you have forgotten your password navigate to your Evidence.com login page for your agency and click on Forgot your username or password?
- Enter yous agency email address in the email address field and select Username, Password, or both, depending on the information you need to recover.
- Enter in the code shown and then click Submit.
If the email address you entered is in Evidence.com you will receive an email with a link to reset your password, a temporary password, or your username, depending on what option you selected previously.
Forgot Security Question answers?
If you have forgotten your security questions please contact one of your agency Evidence.com administrators to have them Reset Credentials on your account.
