Evidence sharing workflows in Evidence.com have been replaced by Access Lists.

Providing access to evidence for users inside your agency can be accomplished by adding users or groups to the Inside My Agency access list for the evidence from the evidence detail page or evidence search page.
Providing access to evidence for users outside your agency can be accomplished by adding users or groups to the Outside My Agency access list for the evidence from the evidence search page or evidence detail page. Additionally you can provide access to evidence using an unauthenticated download Link from the evidence search page.
Note: Users who are not in your agency or a partner agency can view the evidence through my.evidence.com, but they must have an existing my.evidence.com account before you share the evidence.
