During normal operation, Axon cameras emit beeping sounds, called audio prompts, and vibrations (haptic feedback) to notify you of the system status.
For some situations, you may wish to turn off the vibrations for your camera. If allowed by your agency, you can turn on and off the vibrations using Axon View (if your camera is paired with Axon View), Evidence.com or the Evidence Sync software.
Turning On or Off Vibration using Axon View:
- Ensure your Axon Body 2 camera is turned on and paired with your mobile device.
- Open the Axon View app on your mobile device.
- Tap (Settings icon) in the upper-left side of the screen to go to the Settings.
- Under the Camera section, tap the switch to the right of Vibration, for the iOS app, or Haptic Feedback, for the Android app, to change the setting.
If the switch is toggled to the right, vibration is enabled.
If the switch is toggled to the left, vibration is disabled.
