Administrators can change the username of a user account, if the user account status is Active.
- On the menu bar, click Admin and then under Users, click All Users.
The All Users page lists all users in your agency.
- Search for the user whose username you want to change.
- In the user search results, click the user name.
The User Summary page appears.
- Click Manage User.
- Under Account Details, in the Username box, change the username, as needed.
- Click Save.
Evidence.com sends the user an email, notifying them of the change. All changes are tracked in the user audit trail.
