Yes. Select all the products you wish to have in your quote and go to your cart by clicking My Cart in the upper navigation bar.
At the bottom of the cart page, you will see and Email Quote button.
Click Email Quote and you will be prompted to enter the email addresses the quote is sent to and from. You can also add a message.
