- Track dates and times when the camera is exhibiting problems. Contact Technical Support* and provide them with the camera serial number, a description of the problem, and the dates and times the problem occurred.
*Technical Support can help narrow down if the problem is due to the camera or the battery. If the problem is caused by the battery, please find a replacement Axon Body 2 battery (SKU 74006) on axon.com or from your sales representative. If it is due to the camera, the device may need to be sent to our RMA department.
