The Officer Page shows performance information for a specific officer during the Date Range selected and provides a way to review officer performance. The Officer Page is made up of two sections, each is described below.
Officer Metrics Section
This section shows the Categorization Rate, Activation Rate, and ID Rate for the officer for the selected review period. These metrics are the same as those on the Squad Dashboard, but only show information for the selected officer.
- For more details on the Officer Metrics, click on the metric or click View Details.
On the Officer Metrics Details page, you can select the appropriate metric and view the information. The page also shows when the information was last updated in Axon Performance.
Note: The date and time information shown is adjusted to reflect your time zone, which is set in your Axon Evidence.com profile.
The upper part of the page shows a graph of the calculated Realtime activity for the selected date range and when the information was last updated in Axon Performance. Note that the Realtime calculation for a metric is updated based on officer actions, so the information shown can change.
The lower part of the page shows all items included in the selected date range.
Selecting Show Historical view adds the historical line and calculation to the details view.
Note: Currently the historical view is only available for Categorization Rate and ID Rate. The Activation Rate historical view will be added in a future release.
In some situations, you may see a blue icon (
The Historical View is calculated using the time limit for required actions to occur. For example, according to policy evidence must be categorized within 2 days after upload. The time limit for each metric is agency configurable. Once a time limit is set for a metric, the calculated historical view is locked and will not change over time, unlike the Realtime view.) above the graph. This indicates that there was a change in how the metric is calculated. You can see what changed by placing your mouse cursor over the icon. For example, in the image below the time for completed the action was changed to be within 3 days of upload.
- Click Back to Officer Name to return to the officer detail page.
Reviews Section
This section lists completed policy and random video reviews for the officer and allows supervisors to add new policy reviews. The list shows the review date, review type, the period reviewed (only for policy reviews), the policies or video review criteria addressed in the review, review status, and if an email was sent to the officer (only for policy reviews). The text color of the policies addressed in the review indicates if the policy met (green) or did not meet (red) the requirements set by your agency. This section adjusts to show reviews during the Date Range selected.
Note: Emailing officers may not be enabled for your agency. Check with your local Axon Performance administrator to see if this option is enabled for your agency.
