If you haven't installed the Axon VR app:
- Please see the Setting Up Your Headset article for instructions on how to redeem and install the Axon VR app.
Note: Axon emailed the redemption code to your agency’s main point of contact for your purchase - if you do not have the email, please reach out to training@axon.com
If you previously installed the Axon VR app:
- Check that the Axon app is installed.
- From the main menu at the bottom panel, select Library.
- On the left menu, select My Apps and look for the app. You can scroll through the list of apps using the touchpad.
- If the Axon VR app is not in the My Apps tab, on the left menu select Not Installed. If the app is in the Not Installed section, you can install it from this list by selecting it.
- Check that you are signed in with the same Oculus account you used to redeem the app code.
- If you're signed in with a different account, you must reset the headset to factory settings. For more information, see the Resetting a Headset to Factory Settings article.
