Important: Performing a factory reset is irreversible and will remove all downloaded content and account information from the device.
The content you've purchased or downloaded from your Library can be re-downloaded to your device after it has been reset.
Before completing the steps below, ensure your headset is fully charged.
To perform a factory reset:
- Turn off your Oculus Go.
- Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume (-) buttons on your headset until the boot screen loads on your headset.
- Use the Volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the Power button.
- Use the Volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the Power button.
- Login to the Oculus app with the Oculus Username associated with the Axon VR app.
