You can view cases listed in the search results if any of the following are true:
- You own the case and your role allows you to view your own cases.
- The owner of the case has shared it with you.
- Your user role allows you to view all cases.
- You are an administrator.
To view a case:
- Search for the case you want to view.
- In the search results, click the ID of the case.
The Case Details page opens.
