What is a Training Voucher?
A training voucher is a unique code that allows you to enroll in CEW Training courses (such as Instructor and Master Instructor courses). These vouchers can be purchased either through a sales representative, or the Axon Store. Because the Axon Store and Axon Academy are now integrated, you can use the same login to seamlessly purchase a training voucher on the Axon Store, redeem it to your Axon Academy account, and enroll in a training course on Axon Academy.
What do I do with Training Vouchers?
In order to enroll in a CEW Training course, you need to first purchase a training voucher, redeem it to your account, and enroll in the course of your choice on Axon Academy.
Please note that each voucher should be redeemed by the attendee of the class, not necessarily by the purchaser. Please see below for step-by-step walkthrough videos of the entire process.

What if I have too many Vouchers to hand out?
We are here to help you, and can assist in redeeming your vouchers on behalf of your officers. If you are redeeming more than 50 vouchers throughout your agency, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will share a roster template and walk you through the process.
Do my vouchers ever expire?
Typically, vouchers can only be used to enroll in a training course one year from the date that it is purchased. However if you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from using your voucher, please reach out to email@example.com.
