The Administration Console tab contains dashboards to configure the available Axon Standards roles and permissions for users and teams. The Admin tab also contains an audit log tool.
Users
The Users dashboard provides tools to manage team membership for individual users. The Users dashboard lists the agency personnel that are Evidence.com users for your agency.
To add or remove users from a team:
- Click on a user’s name.
You can search for a specific user by typing their name, username, or badge number in the search field at the top of the Users dashboard. As information is entered, the field will be populated with a list of any matching results. For example, entering “M” will display every name that contains a “M”, and will be listed in alphabetical order. - Use the toggles to turn on or off which teams the user is a member of.
Teams
The Teams dashboard provides tools to create new teams, manage team membership, and manage team privileges. The Teams dashboard lists the teams in your instance of Axon Standards.
Creating a New Team
- In the upper right of the Teams dashboard, click Create New Team.
- Enter the name for the new team in the field, then click outside of the field.
Note: You will see an alert banner if the team already exists.
- Click Create Team.
- Click X to return to the Teams dashboard.
Adding and Removing Users from Teams
- Click the name of a team.

The Member View of a team details page shows a list of the users in the team.
- To add multiple users to a team, enter a list of badge numbers, usernames, or emails separated by commas in the Add Members in Bulk field, then click Add Users.
- To replace all the current users on a team, enter the badge numbers, usernames, or emails of the new users, then click Replace All. In the confirmation message, click Replace Users in [team name].
- To remove a user, click the X next to their name.
Managing Team Privileges
The Privilege View of a team details page lists all the privileges in your agency’s instance of Axon Standards. You can search for a specific privilege using the search field at the top of the page. As information is entered, the field will be populated with a list of any matching results. For example, entering “M” will display every name that contains a “M”, and will be listed in alphabetical order.
Use the toggles to add or remove a privilege to a team.
Audit Log Tool
The Audit Log tool dashboard provides options to audit actions by a user or on an event and export the information in a CSV file.
Note: The From and To Date Range fields must be filled out before an audit log can be exported.
