- On the Events tab, in the search field at the top of the page, enter the Event ID or Report ID. Only use numbers in this field. Letters or words will not return any search results.
- As the numbers are entered, any event or report with those numbers in the ID will be included in the list of results. The precision of the results is determined by the amount of numbers that are entered. For example, entering “1” will show every event or report with “1” in the ID number. Entering “123” will show only events or reports with those numbers in their ID.
The following filters can be used on the Events tab:
- Date event created
The options for this filter are From and To. Entering “y” for yesterday or “t” for today in either field will automatically populate the field with the date.
- Date of event
The options for this filter are the same as the Date event created filter.
- Date report created
The options for this filter are the same as the Date event created filter.
- Involved officers
This filter can be used to search for an officer name or badge number. As information is entered, the field will be populated with a list of any matching results. For example, entering “M” will display every officer name that contains a “M”, and will be listed in alphabetical order.
- Citizens
As information is entered, the field will be populated with a list of any matching results. For example, entering “M” will display every name that contains a “M”, and will be listed in alphabetical order.
- Report created by
This filter can be used to search for an officer name or badge number. As information is entered, the field will be populated with a list of any matching results. For example, entering “M” will display every officer name that contains a “M”, and will be listed in alphabetical order.
- Report type
- Status
This filter can be used to search for events or reports that have a status of Draft or Final.
